It's done!
I had a great time as opposed to Stef who had every possible obstacle placed in front of her and kept going!
Stef is a hero, I would have rightfully given up along time ago!
I have the next few days off, so I'll give you an update and full race report sooner than later.

Congratulations! Can't wait to read how you did. You looked great when we saw you on the bike.
Glad you have the next few days off. Take them off of working out too! Liz told me to take the next two weeks off from working out and she didn't have to tell me twice.
Also write more about your new training program with Dave Scott. I am so thrilled for you that you won that AND did well at Silverman. You have much to talk about here.
