Proper Prior Planning

Just stuffed myself with homemade salmon pizza. Damn! It was good!

But now I am supposed to run 6 miles at tempo!!

How do I get myself into these type of scenarios?

What would you do? Go out and bang out the miles and suffer (read: die) through them? Or wait until early the next day (get that early morning exercise in to stimulate that metabolism)?

Of course you could just wait an hour or two, but by then it'll be too late and I'll be jonesing for my pillow.

What is it with fish before running?

I think I would have to wait until the next morning. I don't think I could run tempo on a full stomach w/o showing the world what I had for dinner.

You swim fast like a fish, you eat fish .. good thing you dont smell like a fish!! and am sure glad your a Beer Drinking Fish!
